Momentum offers a different approach to weekly planning - centred around energy awareness, with daily intentions, weekly reflections and ai insights to help build understand your patterns.
Shaped by my own experiences of overcommitment and burnout, and inspired by friends training for triathlons, while juggling careers and social life. Learning that slowing down and rest is also required for momentum and growth.
It’s designed for people navigating full, modern lives, whether that’s balancing work, workouts, or social commitments, and trying to understand why things start to slip by the end of the week. Most modern planning tools help you optimise your schedule for productivity. Momentum helps you understand and maintain it, realistically.
